Overview

Groom Law Group is seeking a junior associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. Responsibilities

The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans, as well as investigations by federal agencies.

Qualifications

Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates with relevant experience, strong analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply.
