GLOMO is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales - Move Coordinator
Our client is seeking an experienced individual in Seattle to join their team as an Inside Sales - Move Coordinator for a reputable Moving and Storage company. As an Inside Sales - Move Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between Outside Sales Representatives, Customers, Carriers, and various departments to ensure a smooth relocation process. Responsibilities:
Acts as the liaison to coordinate the movement of household goods. Focuses on providing excellent customer service.
Provide accurate cost estimates to potential clients for relocation and storage services for individuals planning to move locally, nationally, or internationally.
Provide customer services and management of logistics accounts.
Communicate with Outside Sales Representative (s) new leads opportunities set up appointments.
Ability to schedule or immediately assist with Virtual Surveys
Communicates with customers to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls and proactively resolve any complaints.
Works directly with the transportation provider and Customer on the scheduling of all moving services, critical needs, and problem solving.
Monitors and tracks all orders with Transportation Providers from receipt of shipment to the completion of pick up.
Accurately maintain our Move Management Software. Verify details and update the system and operations immediately when survey results are received.
Communicate with dispatch when orders change.
Assists with providing proper paperwork to ensure timely billing to the carrier.
Generate new business opportunities and ensure growth of existing or repeat customers.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
Be creative whether it is seeing new ways existing opportunities could be developed or finding completely new routes to market creative thinking is essential for this position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
