Overview:

CyberPro is looking for a Data Analytics (Power Platform) Developer, in support the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). ASPR is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. This position will support the ASPR Data Team within the Office of Data, Analytics, and Information Advantage. The ASPR Data Team is an interdisciplinary group that supports data modernization efforts in ASPR and HHS related to all-hazards preparedness and response. To successfully meet situational awareness and decision support responsibilities, the ASPR Data Team functions as project managers for various data initiatives that collect, process, analyze, and report on internal and external data sources. The candidate will assist the ASPR Data Team by developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) products that manage the projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, from user needs assessment, development, testing, implementation, and deprecation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain automations, applications, and dashboards in Microsoft Power Platform for the ASPR Data Team
• Gather, assemble, analyze, and evaluate user needs to develop and implement various solutions, such as reports, visualizations, and application features
• Perform functional, integration, user acceptance, operational readiness, and system testing on developed solutions
• Provide programmatic support to identify and build out processes for managing projects and response
• Administrative support as needed to the ASPR Data Team
• Completion of other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or other related topic area (e.g., journalism or English)

Required Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, Microsoft power platform, Business Intelligence
• Familiarity with web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Basic database skills
• Basic Microsoft Power Platform knowledge
• Strong Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge

Required Clearance:

• Ability to pass public trust investigation (Tier 2)
