Easterseals UCP is a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Program Director to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team in the eastern region of NC designed to provide crisis interventions and support to children and adults.
What You’ll Do
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading and planning program activities, marketing, fiscal affairs, quality improvement and compliance, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies across Child First, MST, IIH, HFW, OPT and Psychiatric services in the Eastern Region/Trillium catchment area. The Director provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the teams under their leadership to ensure the individual programs growth, consistency, and continued financial viability. Understanding each program and managing them as a unique entity with regional commonalities will be essential to this role.
How You’ll Benefit
You’ll earn a competitive salary of $80,000-90,000 depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a flexible, partially remote schedule Monday-Friday in eastern NC. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.
