In this role you will lead the product and technical communications teams for the Cognism platform. This is a pivotal role that will encompass annual and quarterly planning roadmap planning, assurance of roadmap to objectives and goals, mentoring and growing product managers careers, and ensuring a best in class help center to support our PLG growth.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the Product Organization which includes the product management team and the technical communications team.
  • Deliver an annual Big Rocks roadmap and a rolling 6 month roadmap planned quarterly for the Cognism Platform
  • Manage the quarterly and annual roadmap planning processes
  • Coach a team of product managers on the ongoing production and refinement of requirements documents and other deliverables
  • Hire, on-board, mentor, and grow the product management and documentation teams and ensure future scale in the Product Organization
  • Articulate the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform and solutions to customers and partners
  • Evangelize products and become the subject matter expert for internal audiences, external customers, and market-facing communications
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure appropriate resourcing needs to meet product goals
  • Drive cross organizational initiatives for Cognism around platform adoption, roadmap adoption, and feedback.
  • Work with Product Operations to ensure product and documentation are leveraging available tools and processes fully.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in Product Management
  • 7 years of progressive leadership experience with varying organizational sizes
  • 5 Years experience in dynamic SaaS delivery with PLG growth in B2B environments is a must-have
  • Proven track record guiding product teams in fast-paced software development environments.
  • Proven people leader focused on empowering teams and helping individuals achieve professional goals
  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis
  • Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ideally a Bachelors degree in management, business, computer science or other related field.

$170,000—$200,000 USD
