Beaver Home Services. is seeking a Inside Sales Administrator to assist with maintaining the sales systems, preparing reports and analysis, as well as provide support to the Director of Sales and Sales team

Education

• High School diploma or GED

Experience

• 2-3 years of inside sales admin experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Tracking :
• Track new claims
• Track all Bankable’s
• Monthly break down per location
• Track all PA claims & break down monthly
• Track all Cohen law group claims & break down monthly
• Organize sales rally’s
• Organize Quarterly Banquets
• Provide tracking system for apparel given to account managers
• Order signs for each location, sign, toppers, business cards
• Provide financial training, and assistance with account managers for financing for homeowners
• Rep card training with individual branch office training for RepCard on a monthly basis

EXPERIENCE in Construction industry is a PLUS!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
