Requirements:

• 3 months verifiable OTR experience (no trainer required, team or solo experience accepted) in the last 6 months, or 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the last 12 months (with half of your driving time as OTR).
• Clean driving record with no DOT reportable accidents in the last three years.
• CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST. REGARDLESS OF WHEN IT HAPPENED WE CAN NOT BRING YOU ON

What we offer:

• Competitive starting pay based on experience and safety record (up to $0.65 CPM for drivers with over 5 years of experience).
• Drivers earn $0.50 CPM with one year of experience and run an average of 2500-3000 miles per week.

Pay Structure:

• New drivers with 3 months OTR experience in the last 6 months start at $0.40 CPM.
• Pay increases to $.45 at 6 months, $0.50 CPM at one year, $0.55 CPM at 2 years, $0.60 CPM at 3 years, and $0.65 CPM over five years.
• Drivers average $1250-$1950 per week, based on experience and safe driving.
