Ready to take your sales career to new heights in the hospitality industry? Join our team as a Hybrid - Complex Director of Leisure Sales, where you will be working with our beautiful Baker' Cay Resort in Key Largo and Hilton in Singer Island. Come join us and be a part of this winning team!

As a Complex Director of Leisure Sales, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue and fostering strong relationships with leisure clients. You'll be responsible for promoting our properties, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets.

We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales. If you're a passionate and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years sales experience, hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suites
  • Understanding of market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand
