Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect with a focus on Business Associate roles within the SAP IS-Utilities Billing & Invoicing domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP IS-U processes, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and excellence in utility billing operations. With a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 11 years of experience, the candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our utility billing system.

Experience Required: 7 years of relevant ISU-MPM experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze current billing and invoicing processes to identify improvement opportunities within the SAP IS-Utilities framework.

- Design and implement robust architectural solutions that enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the billing system with other business processes.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing module, including configuration and customization to meet business needs.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure stability and performance.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP updates and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on new system functionalities.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met within the agreed timeframes.

- Address and resolve system issues promptly to minimize business disruption.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all billing operations.

- Optimize system performance through regular monitoring and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SAP IS-Utilities, specifically in the Billing and Invoicing modules, is mandatory.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex architectural solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.

- Commitment to staying informed on the latest industry trends and SAP technologies.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
