We are offering you to join our team as a Tender Manager in our office in Houston. Candidates from other US location can be considered too for the fully remote work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring of tender sites assigned to the tender manager;
• Analysis of incoming requests ;
• Studying of tender documentation, filling out documents to prepare for an upcoming tender related to the offering of freight forwarding services;
• Studying of the history of tender participation, determining the tendering strategy together with the Customer’s curator;
• Preparation of commercial proposals;
• Using of Big Data to determine a tendering strategy and preparation of an alternative commercial proposal;
• Preparation of a file for submitting rates by Operative Brokers;
• Organization of work and distribution of tasks within the company for the preparation of a commercial proposal;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the organization of tender procedures in the logistics industry (brokerage);
• High level of Excel proficiency;
• Activity, analytical mindset;
• Desire to learn and develop.
