We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CRM System Integration and Sales Reporting Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and the development of comprehensive sales analytics reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM platforms, data analysis, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities: CRM System Integration: Lead the integration of CRM systems with various business applications, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct system testing, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance. Data Mapping and Migration: Work closely with stakeholders to map data fields between CRM and other business systems. Plan and execute data migration initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition of information while maintaining data integrity. Develop and implement strategies for data cleansing and enrichment to enhance the overall quality of CRM data. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of sales data by conducting regular data quality checks and implementing corrective measures. Work with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies and improve overall data integrity. Sales Analytics Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and design customized reports that meet the needs of different departments. Utilize reporting tools and software to create visually appealing and informative reports for both regular and ad-hoc reporting needs. Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards that provide insight into KPI’s as identified by sales and marketing teams. Communicate findings and insights to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Customization and Configuration: Customize CRM systems to align with business processes and requirements. Configure workflows, automation rules, and user permissions to optimize the CRM for sales effectiveness. Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users to maximize their proficiency in using the CRM system. Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the effective use of CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field. Proven experience in CRM system integration and configuration. Proven experience as a Sales Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
