SUMMARY:

Position is an administrative position that will support the Inside sales department in data entry, spreadsheet analysis and miscellaneous support as directed by the department director.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years general office experience

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Must work with minimal supervision
• Very organized and detail oriented
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suites programs.
• Ability to manage time and projects
• Ability to adjust to many different projects and ever-changing priorities
• Ability to multi-task

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Non-Stock order invoicing. Review all orders for accuracy, releasing orders to be invoiced
• Tracking of orders and shipments, giving ETA’s to franchise members when needed.
• Department Open Order Report – Investigate and maintain estimated ship dates for all open orders
• Order entry of Non-stock drop ship orders
• Filing of paperwork and follow-up
• Communication with vendors and franchisees if order corrections are needed. 
• Any other necessary data entry as directed by the inside sales department
• Spreadsheet analysis
• Process vendor acknowledgments
• Purchase Order expediting
• Misc. data entry

OTHER DUTIES:

• Other duties as needed and assigned by Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit at a desk, use a computer and view the monitor for long periods of time. 
• Must be willing to work extra hours when needed 
• Ability to communicate/write in English with inside sales department employees, vendors, and franchisees
• May need to enter the warehouse facility, wearing close toe shoes to inspect or return product
