With direct contact to our Home Office in Northern California and a Support Desk for non-business hours, our employees have direct access to get any issue on the field resolved quickly.

Job Description

As a support desk admin you are responsible for ensuring our field Champions can travel safely and be their first point of contact and support. Our Champions rely on the office staff to ensure they are safe while traveling, it’s important that the support desk admin understands we are here to take care of and be a resource to all of our Champions. Support desk admins will often have down time between support tickets. This position is part time and operates outside of typical business hours. Admin working schedules are Saturday & Sunday 2:30pm - 11pm PST and are subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support tickets and calls
• Make travel reservations as required
• Create attendance trackers when necessary to notify management of issues
• Audit timesheets for accuracy and reach out to employees for clarification
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer and personal records
• Data entry/Filing (basic clerical work)
• Maintain positive relations with Field Employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan work under own initiative
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with a degree of speed and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous retail or clerical experience is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
