GlowTouch is growing and we are expanding into San Antonio! We are looking for experienced Customer Support Agent - WFH to join our motivated and ambitious team. Come be one of the pioneers at our newest location!

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed.

Ideal candidates for this position will be outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company. We are seeking individuals who have outstanding customer service skills and are eager to put a smile into every interaction.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience is required. 

Wage: $18/hr

Location: This position will be Work From Home; however, you must reside in San Antonio, TX to be considered

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm CST
