Primary Assignments:

• Support Sales Teams in the areas of new item program and presentation development, annual planning, trade planning, customer marketing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Partner with Sales in the discovery and presentation of business opportunities with customers to drive sales and growth utilizing data and insights.
• Develop presentations with relevant consumer insights, competitive responses, and new item/category selling strategies.
• Support and track new items and category initiatives.
• Support sales with promotion and customer marketing program analysis to help determine effectiveness.
• Ad hoc business analysis.
• Other duties assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in leading retail or consumer packaged goods companies
• Mix of sales, category management, trade planning, or marketing background
• Proficiency in Syndicated Data analysis (e.g., IRI, Nielsen), Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Retailer-specific data portals (e.g., Market6, Retail Link)
