The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing processes that help to drive automation and increase operational efficiency within the marketing department. This person will lead in developing and executing marketing analytics dashboards and processes for 15 B2C and B2B brands with an emphasis placed on understanding brand needs and advising on how best to interpret KPI’s to achieve desired outcomes. This individual will be growth-oriented and have a desire to create new and innovative processes that advance the current state of marketing data management and analytics at Authority Brands.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a data-driven approach to assess campaign performance and audience targeting enabling optimization of current and future efforts.Collaborate with a team of Marketing and Data Analyst to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign optimization.Create, design, develop, and maintain automated reporting for use by the Marketing Department and external franchise owners using SQL and Power BI.Problem-solve data discrepancies and business processes.Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and create new and innovative ways to best utilize data assets.Regularly lead and present findings, reports, and process improvements with the marketing team.Collaborate across departments including IT, Franchise Development and Business Intelligence. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Analytics, Information Management, or Business Information Systems3 years of experience working in an analytical role preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or franchising.Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)Strong knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau.Ability to write Python based programs- particularly RPA, ETL and OCR functions.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.Understanding of database structure and design.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.The ability to meet deadlines and be self-motivated while maintaining a high level of accuracy and upmost attention to detail.
