**This is a REMOTE position. Candidates can be located anywhere in US Time Zones.**
What you will be doing:Amsive is currently looking for an Email Campaign Manager to join our Email Services team. The position is full-time remote. As a member of the Email Services team, you will coordinate all email communications efforts. We are looking for a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-tasker to build and manage all email campaign production projects. This role requires a really organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person with strong interpersonal skills and get-it-done attitude. A team player, resourceful, and excellent communicator that entails meticulous management of email schedules and ensuring seamless delivery of communications.What you will be doing:
  • Manage day-to-day all email projects while working with a team of email production specialists.
  • Curate daily and weekly task lists and manage the email production tracker identifying all the tasks that need to be completed within an email marketing campaign, strategically delegating those tasks to the appropriate team members.
  • Update and adjust the production schedule based on requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage quality control of all deliverables by conducting thorough quality assurance checks on emails and creative content.
  • Demonstrate commitment to following project schedules and calendars.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Email Services and the Production Manager to create, monitor, and maintain an email send schedule, as well as track specific email production members, campaigns and statuses.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivering on tasks, with quality, by proactively leading and removing daily blockers that interfere with project success factors.
  • Drive team productivity by optimizing email processes and efficiently managing resources to balance workload, including proactively identifying new resource needs.
  • Maintain ownership of team-wide communication, and coordinate status determination; act as a resource person by performing research, analyzing information, and providing documentation.
  • Ensure required documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately; participate in their creation where necessary.
  • Identify resources needed to complete individual tasks in conjunction with other key members of teams.
  • Continually look for ways to enhance productivity through process improvements, task automation, new tools/technology, etc.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar field.
  • 3-4 years as a Project Manager within a digital team or marketing agency.
  • Previous experience in crafting project schedules and calendars.
  • Track record of tracking promotional email campaigns in a professional setting.
  • Meticulous quality assurance skills.
  • Strategic thinker that can handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Comfortable using marketing project management tools and software.
  • Comfortable working face-to-face with clients and stakeholders.
