The Assistant Director plays an integral role on the WKU Online team in two key capacities. First, the Assistant Director conducts research and data analyses of enrollment issues, trends, and models with the aim of supporting consistent enrollment growth, increased student success, and reduced equity gaps. Second, this position ensures that the university and academic programs are in compliance with state and federal authorization requirements as well as licensure regulations that allow programs to qualify for Title IV funds. The Assistant director shapes, monitors, and advises the institution's distance education compliance efforts in accordance with the standards and expectations established by its multiple regulatory and reporting bodies in alignment with the University's stated mission, vision, and values.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $63,000
