Employee Benefits Account Manager - Insurance - California Remote

In this role, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management, processing, and customer service of an assigned book of business. What we need from you:

• Experience - You have 2 years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience
• Licensed - You have your active Life & Health license
• Software - You are proficient with AMS360, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
• Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
• Book of Business - You have experience with small and large groups

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing accounts of mostly small to large groups
• Build and maintain client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism
• Assist heavily with open enrollments
• Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.
• Requests for information and documentation
