Job Summary
The Design Team is seeking a Lead Experience Designer to build compelling, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences to delight users and support their needs.
The Lead Experience Designer will work closely with Design managers and members of the design, research, and product teams to provide imaginative, unique, and innovative solutions to support our products and services in the energy field. You will be the visionary, advocate, and evangelist of user experiences across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will look at the big picture and understand what problem needs to be solved by collaborating with design team members and internal stakeholders to create elegant solutions.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience OR 10 years of related work experience
