CREDENTIALING SPECIALIST – FULL TIME

Do you have experience in Healthcare Credentialing and are you looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? DoctorsManagement, a national healthcare consulting firm, seeks an experienced individual to join our growing credentialing department. This is a full-time position (approximately 40-hours/week) available on a remote basis or at our corporate headquarters in Knoxville, TN. Individuals who can work in our Knoxville office location or remote from home are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate should have experience in timely and accurate enrollment of providers by:

· Credentialing and re-credentialing physicians, following established procedures

· Creating and maintaining licensing, credentials and insurance records

· Releasing information to requesting agencies and public inquiries when required by law

· Helping develop internal credentialing processes

· Monitoring license and credential expiration dates and advising staff members of required “renew by” dates

· Performing related credentialing duties

Position requirements:

· Associates degree preferred but not required

· Two years of credentialing experience

· High level of customer service skills

· Attention to detail

· Excellent phone and communication skills

· Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet resources.
