Description/Job Summary
At the direction of the PBFB Help Desk Supervisor, provide customer service and data entry support regarding PinnBank for Business via the telephone, chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Hours Needed: Mon-Fri, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Preferred Experience
Knowledge of Fiserv internet-banking software and general banking operations preferred.Required Education
