We are currently seeking exceptional teacher candidates for the 2024-2025 school year for a 1.0 FTE EP Online Guidance Counselor for grades 6-12. This full time guidance counselor position will work remotely within the State of Minnesota and provide synchronous virtual academic and social emotional counseling services to students across grades 6-12.

We are currently seeking exceptional School Counselor candidates for the 2024-2025 school year at EP Online.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field
Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 26, 2024 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process.
- Minnesota Teacher License: School Counselor
  - We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify
  - The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed

Compensation & Paid Leave
- Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $48,765 and MA: $59,697; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE)

- Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans.
