CONDUSTRIAL is Hiring a Remote Freight Payment Analyst (C)
- Work with both Coupa and SAP to issue freight payments.
- Enters carrier invoices into the enterprise’s payment system.
- Resolve and reconcile carrier rating and billing discrepancies that exist within various systems (TMS, SAP, etc.).
- Identify and communicate inaccurate freight rates in the TMS system to TMS Supervisor.
- As directed, perform historical cost analysis and administrative duties in support of Transportation Team projects.
- Audit freight invoice exceptions daily.
- Review for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and approve and pass on to manual payment system for processing.
- Communicate daily with carrier representatives to revolve billing / payment issues. Ensure compliance with Transportation Services Agreement payment terms. Resolve discrepancies, short-pays, and aging, etc. Resolution to be maintained within a 48-hour "window" unless exceptions require further investigation.
- An Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred. Two-years of finance, accounting, or transportation audit experience may be considered.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience and knowledge in audit and reconciliation processes and practices.
- Strong data skills primarily in excel spreadsheets, data mining, and data presentation. An understanding of basic financial/costs analysis techniques, reporting, and principles.
- Written and verbal communication skills that explain process flows, accounting flows, and audit practices, and to work with plant, accounting, and transportation representatives.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

- Be able to pass a DT and BG Check.
