Join the Exela Technologies Managed Care Professionals Team as a Revenue Cycle Reimbursement Specialist. Every claim and every client is different! Decision making is required. This position works remotely from a home office, but you must live in greater St. Louis, MO area.

Functions:

● Perform day to day operations in the healthcare Revenue Integrity Program

● Contact respective payer for processing of additional reimbursement “underpayment”

● Validate underpayment explanation

● Generate Appeals and forward to Project Coordinator for approval

● Interact with healthcare client appointed contact

● Continue underpayment follow-up pursuit per scheduled daily activities until remittance of additional reimbursement occurs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in accounting, finance, hospital administration, or nursing.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare profession or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
