CommuniCare Advantage is currently recruiting Provider Advocates for our Medicare Advantage health plan. This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the state of West Virginia.
PURPOSE / BELIEF STATEMENT
Provider Relations Advocates are dedicated liaisons for the health plan and their providers. The Provider Advocates are responsible for creating long-term provider relationships and engaging with them regularly to ensure they are appropriately informed and updated on the product, the member service offerings, and the latest technology available. Provider Advocates directly support the Director of Network Operations, the Contract Manager, and Member/Provider Advocates.
