This includes the Company’s first commercially available product COSELA™ (Trilaciclib). We believe COSELA is a pipeline-in-a-molecule and is being evaluated for additional cancer-related efficacies.

The Opportunity:

G1 Therapeutics is currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Nurse Educators, collaborating across the internal stakeholder matrix to ensure seamless execution. You are an experienced oncology nurse educator that understands the pace and urgency of the oncology space and possess the ability to inspire and motivate a team of clinical nurse educators to provide educational support to our customers. You are confident speaking directly with health care professionals 1:1, presenting in front of a room of people and engaging virtually.

Travel is 70%, depending on where you will reside.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with G1 regional leadership to bring field insights, best practices, identify gaps and provide solutions to continually improve the program
  • Develop relationships within multi-disciplinary teams in institutions/HCP offices to identify and fill in educational gaps
  • Deepen customer engagement opportunities with oncology nurses through peer-to-peer educational conversations
  • Leverage clinical nursing expertise to educate nursing staff on company approved resources
  • Strategic account management to prioritize educational needs of key customers
  • Develop efficient territory management plan for accounts within assigned geography
  • Execute in a compliant and ethical manner, adhering to all company policies, legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate as needed to create or deliver training when necessary
  • Participate in Patient Advocacy events when appropriate and approved
  • Deliver both disease state and product presentations as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Active and in good standing, RN license
  • 2 years Clinical Nurse Educator experience in the pharmaceutical industry highly preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must reside in territory
