We are seeking a(an) Manager in Training - Strategic Resource Team for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications

As an SRT Manager in Training (MIT) you will support the Corporate Payment Compliance and Strategic Resource teams. Payment Compliance includes functions that assess potential payment variances from our expected contracted rates, i.e. Underpayments, Overpayments or Denials. Our SRT team works with our Shared Service Centers (SSCs), Global team and offshore strategic resource partners. The mission of the SRT team is to assist in the standardization of payment compliance processes in preparation for the transition and ongoing refinement of outsourced initiatives. Process analysis, training, and performance monitoring are key duties. This role will work cross-functionally with department Directors, SRT managers (subject matter experts) and Executive Leadership to drive process improvements and optimization.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess standing business processes within the Payment Compliance departments to identify variation and inefficiencies.
  • Support data gathering activities to identify potential opportunities and propose operational solutions (standardization, automation, or strategic resourcing)
  • Quantify impact of SRT initiatives.
  • Assist SRT Directors in managing information effectively to improve departmental performance.
  • Review productivity data to identify departments that require focus. Work with COO’s, CFO, CEO and Department Directors to ensure compliance to productivity goals.
  • Analyze business processes to identify potential issues or opportunities for cost savings and propose solutions to SSC Department Directors and Executive Leadership.
  • Support the SSC departments by providing weekly and monthly productivity data analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Analytics, Health Service Administration or Information Management.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills desired.
  • Experience in healthcare management is preferred.
