PLASMA THERM LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Associate (FT)
Position: Inside Sales Associate for Spare Parts (Full Time Position)
- Utilize Sales Force Dot Com to document and track all spare part sale opportunities
- Define/implement strategies to sell slow-moving inventory
- Define lost-order reason codes and track in SFDC
- Work to meet or exceed established spares booking budget(s)
- Other duties as assigned
- It is every employee’s responsibility to be aware of and adhere to the applicable Safety & Health, Quality and Environmental Process of Plasma-Therm, LLC.
- Promote the sale of spare parts through:
- Quote generation
- Follow-up phone/email contact
- Email campaigning and direct/targeted contact
- Track spare part hit rate
- Establish and track part sale metrics based upon:
- Region
- Part type
- Product model
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or other related discipline, and
- Two years sales experience, preferably in/around capital equipment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to compile technical reports and present technical material to internal and external groups.
- Excellent telephone techniques/skills.
