DaySmart Software is Hiring a Remote Digitial Marketing Specialist

DaySmart is a provider of business management software solutions to SMB and enterprise clients in a variety of industries around the world. DaySmart’s mission is to empower business owners to thrive in the digital age, so they can focus on what they do best – serving their customers.Partnering closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, this growth-oriented marketer will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing our yet-unexplored affiliate and influencer top-of-funnel marketing programs, as well as owning our existing 3^rd party media publication relationships. As our first in-house affiliate and influencer specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to own and put your fingerprint on an entirely new source of growth for DaySmart, with meaningful visibility to the leadership team and continuous support from an established, mature, and passionate marketing organization.Key Responsibilities

Identify, vet, and activate partners on DaySmart’s affiliate and influencer platform (Impact) for each of our product lines spanning a multitude of industries including salons, tattoo shops, pet groomers, veterinarians, and sports/parks/recreation professionals
Work closely with new and existing industry-specific digital and print publications for media purchase opportunities
In partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing, ideate and develop a commission structure that appropriately rewards our partners while remaining in line with DaySmart’s financial obligations
Partner with our content and creative teams to develop text, display, and video assets for our partners to utilize in their promotional activities
With a keen eye towards lead quality, ensure that all affiliate and influencer partners are acting in good faith and driving MQLs that delight our sales team.
Occasionally consult on SEO best practices across 3^rd party sponsored content opportunities as needed

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a digital-first affiliate marketing environment, ideally within one of the major affiliate platforms (Impact, Shareasale, CommissionJunction)
Familiarity with influencer marketing best practices – creator outreach, creative direction, etc.
Comfortability project-managing 3^rd party partner relationships (affiliates, publishers, influencers, and tech vendors)
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills to ensure that each affiliate and influencer is representing DaySmart in a manner in line with our brand guidelines.
Baseline understanding of SEO tactics and best practices preferred but not required
