To meet our current and future capacity needs, Tilburg is the location for parts of our online logistics business. The distribution will be run in collaboration with an external service provider.

To get our business running we need you – a team focused, structured and logistics driven Superuser to strengthen our H&M online team! You achieve results with clear communication, proactive planning, and a continuous follow up. You embrace our company values and are driven by a will to make a difference. As part of a fast-growing business, the day to day is varied: you switch seamlessly between short- and long-term actions.

Functieomschrijving

• Ensure and follow-up operations excellence for areas such as inbound, outbound, and returns processing
• Drive our logistic operations way of working together with the Online operations manager online, and our service provider
• Handle incidents, manage change requests, and conduct acceptance testing on DC way of working as well as on system updates/improvements
• Inform all end users about any new releases and changes in functionality or procedures
• Ensure our garment care and packaging standards are being followed
• Monitor and order packaging materials needed for the operation
• Work closely together with our Online Superuser team and support when needed

Functie-eisen

• Experience in logistics/administration/IT
• Experience from system management and cross functional team work
• Strong planning and prioritizing skills, and a pro-active way of working
• IT-savvy; show interest in and be comfortable in working with multiple IT systems
• Clear communication skills
• Fluent (written and spoken) English. Any other language is a plus
• Comfortable working with large amount of data in Excel
