We are a late-stage startup technology company that leverages our core smart home, Mesh wifi, and network management software platform to provide wifi-based solutions to small businesses and communication service providers. We are seeking a Head of Marketing Strategy and Operations to lead the strategic marketing planning and marketing operations at our company. This position will report directly to the CMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the continuous comprehensive marketing strategy approach that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop and refine marketing objectives, goals, and KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and adjust as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Own the marketing technology stack strategy, working closely with product and engineering, to ensure it aligns with business needs, including the leadership of the marketing automation platform, CRM, and other marketing tools.
  • Drive the development of marketing analytics and reporting to track marketing performance against business objectives and KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and product teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and ensure collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Superpowers in the data-driven analytical creativity that links competitive advantage to strategic opportunity
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct in marketing strategy and operations
  • Proven experience leading the development of marketing strategies and plans that drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives.
  • Depth in technology categories, and a desire to make a significant impact on the growth of a late-stage startup.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience leading marketing analytics and reporting to track marketing performance against business objectives and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms and CRMs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messaging and stories that resonate with different audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Total Compensation package would include: anticipated compensation range of $200,000 to $235,000 bonus equity benefits. Benefits include: a 401k plan and a company match, basic life insurance plus unparalleled health, dental, vision and other benefits and perks. Please see here for more details.
