SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

The Case Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and facilitating the progression of client cases towards settlement. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, all aimed at efficiently managing cases through the pre-suit stage and optimizing client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of cases from pre-suit initiation through settlement, ensuring smooth progression and compliance with the firms’ protocols.
• Verify liability, UM/UIM and health insurance coverage details and maintain regular communication with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing.
• Monitor the medical care of clients to ensure optimal treatment. Request and interpret medical records and bills.
• Draft demand packages and assemble supports/exhibits.
• Maintain proactive regular communication with clients on a bi-weekly basis via telephone, email and/or text messaging.
• Collaborate with management to access problem cases or recommend case for litigation.
• Monitor cases for approaching Statute of Limitations and draft Ante Litem(s) for attorney review.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using various communication tools, such as phone systems and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment and manage a workload with a positive attitude with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
