The Workday Security Analyst supports and maintains the Global Human Resource Information System, Workday and is responsible for the development and the maintenance of Workday Security, Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards. In addition to Workday Reporting and Security, this role will be responsible for our SOX audits. Workday modules supported include HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and other modules as may be required. As the Workday Security Analyst, you will work remote and report to the Director of HRIS. You will maintain the Global Human Resource Information System, Workday, and will manage the development and the maintenance of Workday Security, Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards. You Will: Implements security requirements, design, configuration, workflow, testing training, auditing, implementation and administration of Workday basic and advanced security. Perform hands-on security group, domain and user security configurations in Workday. Produce creative solutions to issues relating to Security Configuration. Participate in upgrades and provides ongoing support of Workday Security activities. Assist with configuration and testing of Workday security, audits and maintains existing security structure. Recommend best security practices and provide sound solutions to support end to end business processes. Design, develop, configure, and test complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) using Workday Report Writer and other tools. Use Workday capabilities like Data Sources, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Dashboards and report scheduling to create automated and scalable reporting solutions. Review system upgrades/releases to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality. Responsible for SOX audits using custom and delivered Workday reports. You Have: A bachelor's degree combined with a minimum 7 years demonstrated Workday experience required Experience with Workday EIB processes Experience with a global organization Experience with Workday Security, Reporting, Dashboard and Calculated Fields is required. Collaborated with multiple business partnerships, regions, and cultures, and to promote collaboration between them. Diagnostic skills and a data-driven and metrics-driven approach. Designed, developed, implemented, and maintained processes based on industry best practices. Discipline to work with confidential information and can critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness. Management/Supervision: No direct reports Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: Role is remote on a full-time basis, spending less than 10% of their time or one visit/quarter or less at a Watts Water office or site.
