Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to sale/set appointments
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging and compliance

- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work well in a team environment
