MAJOR FUNCTION: Under the Direction of the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Manager will create or take marketing briefs. It will be their responsibility to recommend options across different channels - including literature, website, videos, and events, managing external agencies, campaigns and brand. This is a strategic and tactical role that will involve planning, delivery and evaluation of campaigns and communication activities. It will also require strategic thinking to ensure all work is considered in the overall 'customer journey' and fits with strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration B. Experience: 5 years marketing within a shared function and/or agency firm. Strong interpersonal and client management skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Creative and tight organizational, time management and project management skills. Ability to work to budgets. The work demands professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skill
