Description
The Deposit Relationship Manager manages the deposit relationships within the bank’s commercial real estate lending team and will have the following primary set of responsibilities: Serves as the primary contact and interface between the client and the bank’s Cash Management Team for the opening of new deposit accounts for commercial real estate clients that are in the process of obtaining a new commercial real estate loan. These deposit accounts will be required by the terms of the in-process CRE loan agreements. Cross-sell the CRE clients with the bank’s other competitively priced deposit account products in an attempt to obtain other deposit accounts that are not required by the loan agreements (e.g. operating accounts for real estate that River City Bank is not financing, personal money market accounts or CDs for the principals, etc.). The Deposit Relationship Manager works with the Portfolio Management and Business Development Officer teams to farm the bank’s existing $3.3B commercial real estate loan portfolio for opportunities to cross-sell existing clients with the bank’s deposit account products.
