Capper’s Insurance Service has served individuals and families for 93 years. Today, our sales agents have the advantages of working from home, their office and/or meeting with prospective clients in person. We have 8,000 policyholders available for cross selling, upselling and securing referrals. Capper’s Insurance Service agents can participate in Educational Medicare Seminars, strategic alliances and other prospecting avenues. Our marketing efforts are strengthened by the trust and familiarity of national brands like Capper’s Farmer, Mother Earth News, Grit, Farm Collector magazines and others.

Our sales employees enjoy the comfort of their home each evening as our business model eliminates overnight travel. Education/Experience:
High School Grad or Equivalent
2 years’ insurance sales experience on the phone or face to face sales experience
Life, Health, and Accident License required
AHIP certification preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge about programs and able to effectively answer prospect questions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated- Must be willing to work on your own doing tasks and prospect on your own.
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective and existing clients
Prospecting via phone, seminars, t65 list, and face to face interactions.
Complete and process applications for Life and health applications
Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through relationship building
Submit sales to management daily.
Update CRM system, provide various reports to management
