Day Shift-Entry Level Position Schedule: 2-2-3 (Every other weekend off. B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assembles boxes, inserts bags, and applies appropriate labels for packaged products. Assembles Gaylords, inserts bags, and moves products to proper locations in the warehouse. Opens and dumps product into the hopper and returns carton to the production line. Ensures cartons and bags are correctly closed before moving to carton sealer. Keeps work area clean and organized. Follows all safety procedures. Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position. Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Three to six months related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Skills and Abilities Ability to use tape gun and pallet jack. A fair amount of coordination is required to be successful in the Job.
