Better Than Home is a group of premium pet resorts prioritizing pet care excellence, striving to elevate the standard of care for pets and devoted pet parents! We are seeking a remote Full-time, Reservation Specialist to join our growing team. Reservation Specialists provide high-quality, “best-in-class” customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat. Primary tasks include scheduling services for our guests, facilitating positive communication between our guests and our stores, and . The ideal Reservation Specialist is a detail-oriented individual who is tech-savvy and can quickly take care of guest requests via phone, email, and chat. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Reservation Specialist Job Offer Includes:

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability to work 40 hours Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm CST
• Customer service experience required
• Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
• Confidence in discussing pet boarding and daycare requirements, managing vaccination records, and upselling services to increase revenue
• Fluent computer and typing skills (company will provide necessary technology)
• Ability to work at a desk and talk on the phone 8 hours per day
• Must have a safe and quiet workspace with a desk free of distractions and external background noise
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 mbps download and 20 mbps upload)
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required
