Location: Remote (Anywhere in North America). Potential to establish an office presence in Buffalo, New York, South Carolina, or Florida as per the applicant's choice.

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible, self-determined within 40 hours per week

Job Description: IntelliStaff Medical is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior to Intermediate Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. In this predominantly remote position, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in travel nursing assignments. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment, with knowledge of MSP or VMS systems being an advantage. Bullhorn experience is also highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals, primarily travel nurses, through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for travel nursing assignments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their preferences, availability, and career goals.
  • Collaborate with the placement team to match candidates with appropriate travel nursing assignments based on client requirements and candidate preferences.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database (Bullhorn) and other systems as required.
  • Meet or exceed monthly placement targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a travel nursing or staffing agency environment.
  • Experience with MSP or VMS systems like Bullhorn is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, particularly Bullhorn, is preferred.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human resources, or related field.
