• The base pay range for this position is $96,880 to $133,210 per year**

**Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and in some cases licensure. An annual incentive plan and differentials may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What you get to do every day

• Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
• Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes

What you bring to the role

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with mental health experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of telehealth experience
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Availability for at least one (1) weekend shift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on compassion
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
• No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other payers
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality care with empathy
• Passionate about educating patients and asking intuitive questions
• Willingness to work across various mental health conditions and service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
