Sentry Legal Plan is seeking an experienced and proactive Intake Specialist to join the team!

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism, enabling them to confidently and effectively interact with diverse individuals such as clients, attorneys, and other professionals. Here's what you'll do:

• Receive inbound member calls
• Make outbound calls to clients and courthouses
• Evaluate legal summons and other related legal documents
• Facilitate internal communication
• Provide detailed call notation and client file updates
• Support client database management
• Provide general customer service support

Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a related field with translatable skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other related technical/computer capabilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
