Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus benefits.
*** This is a Hybrid opportunity. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. ***
We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our team in our following locations:
Freehold, NJ
Cherry Hill, NJ
Toms River, NJ
Middle Sex, NJ
Monmouth Junction, NJ
Fair Lawn, NJ
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
- Supervise and mentor social work interns or other staff members

- Proficiency in social work theories and practices
- Ability to provide crisis intervention services effectively
- Experience in supervising and mentoring social work interns or staff members
- Knowledge of crisis management strategies
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Understanding of childcare programs and Section 8 housing assistance
- Ability to facilitate workforce development programs
