Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Conducting routine inspections of premises and identifying areas in need of repair or maintenance - Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs - Repairing or replacing broken or faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances - Installing new fixtures, equipment, or systems as needed - Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Keeping accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed - Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations while performing tasks Experience: - Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Good communication skills If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle various maintenance tasks, we would love to hear from you.
