Kennesaw Village is seeking a Resident Care Partner (RCP) for full and part-time positions. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career.

We are looking to fill all shifts, with Full or Part Time Available!

Duties of a Resident Care Partner :

  • Assisting with baths / showers
  • Bed making, activity groups
  • Pass trays and answer call lights

Qualifications for a Resident Care Partner :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Long term care experience- preferred
  • Sufficient experience in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved.
