Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation

- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials

- Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bussing tables as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
