US Marina Group is a growing boutique 3rd party marina management company with marinas in South Florida, Panama, and St Lucia. We are also the owner of Triton News Network --a publication with periodic networking events dedicated to the yachting crew industry

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement for our marinas as well as event management for Triton events. We are based between Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach so location of work is flexible.

**Duties:**

- Implement limited marketing campaigns specific to each marina, and for US Marina Group, across various channels.

- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase followers and drive traffic for Triton.

- Target proper social media channels and cruising groups to target the marinas.

- Produce periodic sponsored networking events for Triton in conjunction with sales team

- Create marketing materials as needed such as brochures, merchandise, presentations, and advertisements.

- Use assistance from Triton editorial team to provide press releases for relevant news events across all marinas and US Marina Group as appropriate.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing.

- Experience in event planning and execution for 200-300 person 3 hour events

- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms and tools.

- Creative marketing skills with the ability to make strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
