Beity is seeking a passionate and dedicatedAssistant General Managerwith impeccable attention to detail to join our team of professionals! The ideal candidate would have3 years of experiencein fine dining and/or Michelin management. Preferably with a sommelier background or a high level of wine expertise. Interest or knowledge about Lebanese cuisine is a big plus to the role too!

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Front of House:

• Oversee operations & performance.
• Ensure all onboarding steps are properly completed for all new hires.
• Scheduling to ensure proper work flow.
• Maintain service standards.
• Possess the ability to fill into any FOH hourly position if needed.
• Manage guest relations & attend their needs.
• Foster a positive & supportive team environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking.
• Is involved in the day-to-day operations.
• Monitor review sites.
• Ensuring maintenance of FOH equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate continuing education classes for staff development.
• Maintaining financial health.

Sommelier:

• Curate & manage wine list.
• Provide expert wine recommendations & train staff.
• Ensure staff are consistently learning.
• Develop & host wine events.
• Create a flow between food and beverage.
• Assist guests in navigating through our beverage program.

Additional:

• Marketing & promotions.
• Operations collaboration.
• Trend awareness & best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3 years of Management Experience: Your proven track record in a similar or chef-driven environment sets the stage for success.
• Preferably managed a fine dining and/or Michelin starred restaurant.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• A Hunger for Knowledge: Your insatiable curiosity, combined with an ardent love for food and wine, fuels your journey to set new industry standards.

• Ability to inspire and motivate.
