Job Overview:

Cooper Hotels, a renowned hospitality management company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the team at Doubletree East Memphis. As a flagship property under the Hilton brand, Doubletree East Memphis offers luxurious accommodations and exceptional service to guests visiting the vibrant city of Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and revenue management.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and occupancy rates.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team of hotel staff to deliver excellence in hospitality.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and the local community.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a General Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
• Extensive experience in hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hilton experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
